Leandro Díaz Guerra
Celebrating the people who make Vindow a special place to work! Today we are sharing an interview with Leandro Díaz Guerra, our CTO.
As Chief Technology Officer at Vindow, his job is to shepherd products and features from “what ifs” into fully functional technology solutions. Leandro manages Vindow’s development team as they transform design ideas into products that create real-world solutions for our customers. Leandro has over 18 years of professional experience in Software Development.
When he is not working, he is also studying for a second Bachelor’s degree in Physical Activity and Sports. Leandro loves ice hockey; which is definitely a niche sport in Argentina! Along with his teammates he founded their own Ice Hockey Club in 2014, where he serves as President. In addition to that he is the Treasurer for the Argentina Ice Hockey Federation. In 2018 he lived and worked in Antarctica for 14 months, an experience he calls life changing! Leandro was in charge of the computer lab and network infrastructure in Argentinean Base Carlini. Leandro resides in Argentina with his beautiful wife, Marcia.
