Delaney Davis
Meet Delaney Davis, of Santaquin, Utah, Vindow’s Operations and Technology Manager. Vindow’s customers may already be familiar with Delaney through her role in key account management, where she provides frontline support for both buyer and hotel users. Her day-to-day duties include assisting with RFP fulfillment and providing live customer service.
After attending Western Washington University, Delaney joined hospitality tech provider, Lodging Logistics/ProLodgic, where she oversaw their Customer Support. Delaney is an expert at not only resolving customer issues, but also in providing critical feedback that supports continuous product improvement.
According to Delaney, she’s a chronic multi-tasker, who likes to stay busy. In her spare time, she loves to crochet, especially large-scale projects like afghans. When they can get away on the weekend, Delaney, her husband, and their puppy Murphy, love camping and hiking, especially in beautiful Southern Utah. When she wants to kick back, Delaney enjoys lighthearted comedies and quirky arthouse movies, like those by director, Wes Anderson, that reflect her philosophy that life is meant to be fun … and maybe even a little silly.
